Shipping & Refunds
~ All ready to ship items ship in 1 weeks from order date.
~ All clothing items ship separately in 2 to 3 weeks.
~ Once shipped, items in the US should deliver in 3-5 days, and international orders can take 2 - 8 weeks depending on the country, and due to Covid-19 related shipping delays.
~ We currently do not ship to the UK or the EU from our Shopify, please find us on Etsy, or email us if you are from one of those locations and wish to make a purchase.
~ Azurose Designs is not responsible for any customs fees international customers may incur.
~ If you need your address to be changed and have not yet received shipping confirmation, email your order number and correct address to email@example.com.
Refunds for all items OTHER THAN CLOTHING will be issued on a case by case basis. If you believe you need a refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will talk with you to figure out what the problem is, and see if you are eligible for a refund.
All clothing is made and shipped to order, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, so please double check the sizing information and shipping address before ordering. If there is a quality issue with your clothing item—a misprint or an issue with embroidery, etc—please contact us at email@example.com
If you believe your item is damaged, missing, or the wrong item was sent please contact us immediately, with photos of the damaged or wrong item (if applicable) so we can assist you with a replacement.
Once your package with the shipping carrier it is unfortunately out of our hands. If a package is stuck in transit for more than 30 days domestic, or 60 days international, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
